With our recent purchase of a Playstation 3, I went out and used a Best Buy gift card (Thanks Mark and Miranda!!) to help purchase Planet Earth in Blu Ray. I dragged my friend Jean with me on our way to karate to buy it, haha.

I'm someone who's easily impressed by nature (watching the lightning from our balcony during thunderstorms is a favorite passtime), and man, it's really something else. I don't know how they were able to capture some of the scenes they have in there, but I highly recommend it to everyone!

I actually found it to be pretty inspiring, how such a basic human condition that resides in all of us can bring us all together. It reminds me of how a smile isn't specific to language or culture, it is indeed part of the universal human language.
